KORG TRIDENT MK2

KORG TRIDENT MK2
KORG TRIDENT MK2
Reference : 111980
The KORG TRIDENT MK2 is a polyphonic analog synthesizer made in Japan in 1982. The Trident MK2 is a bit like having three synthesizers in one : an 8-voice polyphonic synth, a 8-voice polyphonic Brass synth, a polyphonic Strings synthesizer.

The SYNTHE part looks like a Korg Polysix (with an additional independent EQ for the VCF!). VCF, VCA, VCA EG, VCF EG, two detunable oscillators... You can save 32 of your sounds in this synth section.

The Brass Section is simple but sounds good and the necessary controls are here : Cutoff, Resonance, Attack, Decay, Sustain, Release, Eg intensity VCF ...

The STRINGS section simply sounds superb! It has an ''ENSEMBLE'' effect and a Bowing effect (more natural feeling in the strings attack), a Vibrato...

Another advantage is the on-board FLANGER who sounds superb too, applying to one of the three sections of the Trident (SYNTHE, BRASS, STRINGS).
A KORG TRIDENT MK2 is nothing other than the Ultimate KORG Polyphonic Analog with memory . It sounds really good and warm with his true VCO.
